Small Improvements Cost a Fortune

It happens so often that achieving above high results requires spending unproportionally enormous amount of recourses. Whether it is time, money or something else.

It is a fact that to increase from 90% load to 100% on the vessel you must spend more than 10% of fuel and the result will not be 10% boost in speed.

Thus, there is a niche of high-end devices where I personally can't justify extra cost.

The price and material of the power cable coiled around my neck can compete with jewelry. It is hand made and it is silver. And apart from wearing it, you can actually power very expensive sound system, considering that power source is also providing steady stream of energy.

But I have an issue. I will not walk around with that thing on me, and I do not have device above that 2m wire's price point(1500$) to get benefit of that cable.

Sound is a very deep media. A lot of details can be missed when output device is not capable to produce quality waves.

I am using SONY Playstation Wireless Headset. It was below 150$. It has 7.1 virtual sound, built-in batteries, noise protection, Mic and again it is wireless. There is also small detail. Sound is transferred digitally.

And on the picture, I am wearing expensive piece of kit. Very expensive. I think you can get diamond earrings for that price.

As for me, I prefer headphones over earrings.

But deep inside I understand that quality and fidelity of them is higher than my PS headset, But I would use my Wireless headset more considering having both.

There are several bottlenecks for me.

Wire and the need to plug it somewhere.

Noise that can bother the listener and people in the same room.

This headphones are more like small speakers attached to the ears.
