Learning(or proofing my ability) to Plan the day

 I was hit by almost 20hours stroke. Half of body as paralized.

My mind was 10 days in different world.

I am called Captain Stroke The Surviver. 

I can walk but my brain parts I care function survived.

But right now I have share planning of the day, 

Morning: 

Pills. Medicine has been reduced to Blood Pressure Larsana.

Vitimins they are the shapes and colors. I call them like that.

Training. Stretching. Balance. Wii U Balance Board Yoga. Two hours.

Noon: 

Vitamins mostly. 

Reading. Puzzles wich I love. Kubik Rubik I mastered recently.

I am practising my fingers. Motorics.

I am learning piano. Singing.

 

Evening:

Wii U Balance Board Games. 

Walking. 10000 steps is a goal per day.

Pil of Larsana. Vitamins.

Reading children literature for my kids. Marine Tales.

My own reading. Viktor Pelevin. Sol Invictus.
