I observe that arogant behaviour in so many ports.
Let me describe.
Gang iis workinng pretty fast. But when there are last containers to be loaded cargo operations suddenly slow down.
Same scenario in this articular situation.
Why?
Because there is always breakdown of the crane when last gearbox is on the pier. Story may vary. Box may hang in the air. Or the crane needs to be moved.
But I do not believe in such coincidences.
I do not know who is gaining. Half an hour for the gang. But every 3 minutes equal one nautical mile at 20 knots speed.
